A new workshop from us this summer. We will be meeting at the bandstand in Hove and making the most of the Brighton seafront during the summer time. This workshop is perfect for any photographer looking to get more into speedlight and flash photography, particularly wedding and fashion/ commercial photographers. Going in depth with High Speed Sync and balancing daylight and flash. We will bring a few props and set up a few fantastic images, building them up together so you can come away knowing you can recreate it yourself. The group will be small so everyone will have time to shoot and learn.
2 speedlights used with very little ambient.
This workshop will go over some topics from the main speedlight workshop, particularly the use of high speed sync, and modifiers, including colour correction gels. We will also be going over the use of reflectors in far more detail, as they are integral to the use of speedlights in many situations. With Jade modelling and giving tips with model direction as well as the photography side.
All workshops include some written materials outlining the concepts that we will be covering, with a few example images and the lighting diagram and settings to go with it, so that you have something to refer to afterwards. As well as a model pose guide/ cheat sheet to allow you to get some great shots from the start of any shoot so you and the model can feel more confident.
